SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through RIZQN™ operated by RIZQN GROUP LTD.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, promotional launches, restocks or fulfilment delays, processing times may be extended.
2. UK SHIPPING
We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.
Estimated UK delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order value, delivery method and promotional offers.
Free UK shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as displayed on the website or at checkout.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
RIZQN™ is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery details provided by the customer.
5. DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather disruption, customs processing, strikes, operational disruption, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@rizqn.co.uk with your order number and relevant details.
We may request photographs of damaged items, packaging or delivery labels before assessing a replacement or resolution.
7. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided or accepted by the customer.
8. PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS
Where products are sold on a pre-order, backorder or restock basis, estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may change due to manufacturing, fulfilment or courier delays.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, RIZQN™ primarily serves the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available, delivery times, duties, taxes and customs charges may vary by destination.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes or clearance charges.
10. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email after dispatch.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take time to appear after dispatch.
